The train tour was very comfortable and joyful! Not only saw the beautiful scenery of Switzerland, but also no worries about carrying luggages from one stop to the next stop. Tour guide was also knowledgeable and responsible for taking care of the group!

The convenience of luggage handling provided by the tour was absolutely the best. We enjoyed the trip and had a great experience first time joining Peony Tours. Our tour guide James Wang was very professional, experienced and helpful. We look forward to future tours hopefully be guided by him. All the hotels and meals were great except the first dinner at Crowne Plaza Hotel Zurich which was way too salty for our taste.

Norway has the best sceneries. Sam Lim is one of the best tour guides that we encountered (seven previous trips with Peony, two with Sam). Reasonable price, decent hotels and food.

We loved everything about the trip. Communication was clear and concise. Tour guide was very experienced and was able to share many fun facts about the destinations. Scenery was beautiful and itinerary was planned to perfection. We especially loved the porter service where our luggages were transported between hotels while we traveled on trains. I would definitely recommend this travel agency to friends and family. And we would travel with them again.

Obviously, the Gems of Europe Trip are very enticing and has everyone in my family wondering that the hotels are 4 star hotels and offering a richness breakfast, sometime perfectly prepared dinners that made our evening more enjoyable. Our days are filled with happiness, walking exercises, and countless moments exploring historical monuments. Our tour guide, Ocean, made the experience exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable, not only about history, but also the local culture and daily life. He shared many helpful tips and interesting stories that add extra fun and depth into our Gems of Europe journey this August. Thank you, Ocean! The well-planned itinerary though I always complained the weather during the tour. On the other hand, I also want to express my appreciation for BoBo, who works in Peony Tours San Francisco, USA. Although, we never met in person, I asked many questions over the phone before the trip began. She was always patiently, never once sounded upset, and give me with a lot of helpful information that made me feel confident and prepared well for the trip. Thank you very much, BoBo!

We took the July 2026 Peony tour to Shanghai, Zhangjiajie, Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou. Our guides for the trip are excellent. Henry (黃海) was very helpful and full of enthusiasm. Steve was very knowledgeable and attended to every detail. Walt from Chengdu spent hours helped my son in Sichuan University Hospital to treat his fever. They make our trip truly memorable

Our family signed up for the Shanghai, Zhangjiajie, Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou trip in July 2026 and had a great time. We also asked to add in a few days in Beijing before the tour, which Peony took care of for us (arranged transportation, domestic flights, tour guide and hotel). Ms Yuan in Beijing provided detailed explainations of all the sights. When we started the official tour in Shanghai, we always had 2 tour guides (a national guide and local guide) and they were always attentive and supportive of everyone's needs. The guides knew everyone's preferences at the restaurants and made sure to communicate this with the restaurant staff every time. Henry and Lindsey were our guides for Shanghai and Zhangjiajie and they were great communicators, explaining the tourist sights, accomodating different travel/mobility needs, and making sure everyone had a great time. We then had Steven and Walter for Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou, and they also did a great job guiding us to through the crowds to make sure we hit all the highlights and maximizing our time. Hotels and food were top-notch throughout the tour, cleanliness was always priority for us and the the Peony Tours really delivered here. Our kids really liked seeing the pandas in Chendgu and even ziplining over the gorge in Zhangjiajie. At one point one of our kids got sick, and Steven recommended we visit the hospital because the next day we were going to take the bullet train to Jiuzhaigou, which has a very high altitude, and he wanted to make sure our son was ok. Walter brought us to the Sichuan University hospital, one of the top hospitals in China, and guided us through the visit, which we could not have navigated on our own. Our son recovered and we were very appreciative of his help and support, it was beyond what we had expected. Towards the end, our guides were more like family friends. We highly recommend Peony Tours, we could not have planned this trip nearly as well without them.

This is my 5th trips with Peony Tour, within the last few years, have always been satisfied with all the Tours I joined. For this trip I have to give complement to our Our Tour Leader/Guide Mr. Sam Lin., he is very professional & caring, catered to all members' needs. I must strongly suggest Peony Tour, particularly at Munich-Neuschwanstein Castle, a special note should post to warn all travelers, due to unpredictable weather, may encounter heavy rain & wind, to bring proper rain wear/ foot wear & umbrellas, we were all completely soaked & wet for the entire trip, that's is the only unpresent part of this trip.

My sister and I had a wonderful 24 days on the Greece with Aegean Island Cruise and Gems of Europe tours in May and June. Our tour guides Caro and Ocean are great, they are knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the wonderful destinations and the local cuisines.
