HOW CAN WE HELP?

You can add optional tours to your reservation during the booking process or to an existing reservation prior to the trip departure date. Some tours will have a cut off date to purchase optional tours due to availability of entrance tickets or pre-booking requirements. Most of our optional tours may also be purchased on site – the cost will be more expensive.

Please note that all pre-sold optional tours are non-refundable once purchased.

You may purchase the bus seats up to 7 days prior to departure date for Europe tours. Once you have purchased the seats, they are non refundable, all bus seats are allocated on a first come first served basis.

All unused tour features including but not limited to optional tours, services and hotel accommodations are non-refundable, non-transferable, or exchangeable.
