For our China tours your flight itinerary may sent to you by our customer services team after the reservation is made. If you book online you will be able to access your flight itinerary at any time by logging on to our website and clicking my trip. For Europe, Middle East, South America and Africa tours, your flight itinerary will be available after the final payment is made, usually 35 to 50 days prior to departure.
Tickets are generally issued approximately 35 to 50 days prior to the trip departure date.
If you book with our sales offices, you won’t see your reservation online .If you book on Peony Tours’ website, simply login to your My account and click on your trip confirmation ID to review your upcoming reservation
Depending on the type of airfare we book, it may be possible. Please contact us to let us know your frequent flyer number with the airline at the  time of booking to accumulate mileage. Our customer services team are unable to advise you how many air miles your trip will potentially earn you. 
Travel documents will be mailed to you approximately 21 days prior to the trip departure date and will usually take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. The travel document package will include a hotel list, name badges, luggage tags, itinerary and Things to Know Before You Go.
Please note that checked baggage is not included in the price of your air tickets and will need to be purchased directly with the airline. We recommend reviewing all airlines' baggage policies before you travel, including overseas domestic flights. Passengers are responsible for paying for any checked baggage, carry-on baggage and/or excess baggage charges.
